Savory crab ravioli ♥

I love food.


I love it's ability to evoke memories, the ability to transport you to a different place and different time.

I love how food can be hardy, light, rich, luxurious, or simple.

Today we are going go bask in luxury.

What is more of a luxury for the taste buds than artisan cheeses, herbs, tender pasta stuffed with succulent crab?

Like really.

It's so savory....

So rich.....

So luxurious....

And I'm going to let you in on the dirt easiest way to have this luxury ;)

I get packaged crab ravioli.

Pesto. Get your favorite kind.

And jarred Alfredo sauce.

Yum. That's all you need.

Prepare the ravioli as directed on package.

I like to have them still a bit firm.... there is nothing more gross than mushy ravioli .

Then take your Alfredo sauce (about half a cup) and mix in a heaping talbespoon of Pesto. Heat through.

Plate your ravioli and with a spoon drizzle your sauce over it.

Don't go overboard with the sauce. This is plenty rich.

Pair it with a spinach salad drizzled with Balsamic vinegar dressing.

It's like satin sheets for your mouth.
