Mrs. Hooah's Shrimp Boil

Sometimes, I really love Pinterest.
Who am I kidding?
I love Pinterest all the freaking time.
I guess what I really love is pinning a ton of things , following through and actually doing them ( with my own spin) and having success.

This is one of those times.

Enter; the craving for a really good Cajun flavored sea food dish that doesn't require a ton of work, or fat.

Wait. Does that exist?

Oh yes my friend, yes it does.

Now, this is a genius dish if you're watching the butter intake.
Or , if you're busy.
And, you don't want to do dishes.
But, you want home cooked food.
Look no further, Mrs. Hooah to save the day.

Cooked and cleaned shrimp 2 cups
Smoked beef sausage 4 links
Corn on the cob 2
Green bell pepper 1/2
Garlic cloves 2
Old Bay seasoning 2 tbsp 
Salt and pepper to taste
Uncle Bens precooked brown rice

Buy disposable casserole baking dishes, and preheat your oven to 400.
Chop all your veggies and your sausage.
Dump it all in the baking pan, making sure the seasoning is evenly coating all of it.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Eat straight out of the baking pan, with several napkins on hand.
